Challenge

Northern Trust needed to ease frustrations clients were experiencing while manipulating large amounts data through API calls and managed through an Excel file.

The biggest challenge was overcoming a 'drag and drop' mechanic in Excel that often led to file corruption and loss of data. This degraded the experience and forced clients to call Northern Trust teams to resolve, adding stress and frustration for all groups.

Hypothesis

If we target Server Admins with personalized messaging, intercepting their journey on non-Migration pages, and route them to the Atlassian Migration Program;then we will be able to get more of those customer to become limited aware, at minimum;because we know that they are actively visiting other WAC domains but are not getting Migration related messaging.
