The Challenge

The plan selection page, part of the Billing User Experience (BUX), is one of only two places an administrator can upgrade to Premium. The page was static with only a list of features and a comparison of which plan included which feature. This structure demanded existing customer knowledge of the features and associated benefits as the customer considered an upgrade.

The Impact:

We tested a new plan selection page for administrators using JSW Free.  This page emphasized benefit-based messaging and the Premium plan.  The new experience drove a month-over-month 7% increase in revenue

Other impacts:

  1. 6% increase in PEU across Standard and Premium
  2. 26% increase in Premium upgrades
